About Mike
Mike Towle joined Motor City Dental Partners in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing deep experience in finance, accounting, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Inspired by founders Drs. Aaron and David Havens, he built the financial and operational infrastructure needed to support MCDP’s long-term growth. Mike helps the organization grow responsibly while preserving clinical autonomy and a patient-centered culture.
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Leads our comprehensive financial strategy, including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of scalable financial controls.
- Data Innovation: Oversees data analytics and the buildout of a centralized data mart that integrates financial, operational, and clinical data.
- Actionable Insights: Equips our leaders and partner practices with consistent reporting and data-driven insights to help them make sound decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Proven M&A Experience: Previously served as Controller at DP+, where he successfully guided the company through the transaction process that led to its acquisition by Fusion92.
- Strong Educational Foundation: Began his financial career at a private equity firm in Kansas City after earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from William Woods University.
