Dr. Aaron Havens is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Motor City Dental Partners (MCDP), one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing multi-specialty dental support organizations. Fourteen years ago, Aaron and his brother, Dr. David Havens, founded Havens Orthodontics with a single practice and just eight employees. Guided by a commitment to exceptional patient care and community impact, they transformed their vision into one of the region’s leading specialty organizations. Today, Motor City Dental Partners supports specialty practices throughout the Midwest, providing strategic business support that allows clinicians to remain focused on delivering outstanding patient care. As CEO, Aaron leads the organization’s long-term vision while fostering a culture centered on innovation, operational excellence, and provider-led care.

- Clinical Excellence: Earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine before completing his Master of Science in Orthodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
- Research & Innovation: An accomplished researcher and published author whose work in stem cell biology, bone regeneration, and cancer research has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed scientific journals and contributed to advances in regenerative medicine.
