Dr. Eric Groeneveld is a Founding Partner and Chief Clinical Officer at Motor City Dental Partners (MCDP), where he leads clinical protocols, innovation, and Associate mentorship across the organization. Bringing 18 years of experience developing advanced systems and protocols within his own practice, Dr. Groeneveld has helped establish a structured mentorship approach designed to support Associates as they develop their clinical skills and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. By combining clinical expertise with technology, collaboration, and operational efficiencies, he helps MCDP expand its clinical capabilities while maintaining a high standard of care.
