Audrey Stern serves as the Director of Procurement for Motor City Dental Partners (MCDP), bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in orthodontic and dental practice operations. Her broad operational background provides a unique understanding of the day-to-day needs of specialty practices, allowing her to develop procurement strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure every office has the resources needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Strategic Procurement & Purchasing: Leads the organization’s procurement strategy by developing cost-effective purchasing programs, optimizing supply management, and ensuring practices have timely access to the products and equipment they need to operate successfully.
• Vendor Partnerships & Contract Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors while negotiating contracts, evaluating product performance, and identifying opportunities to improve value across the organization.
• Operational Efficiency: Develops standardized procurement processes, formulary compliance initiatives, inventory optimization strategies, and purchasing workflows that create consistency and support scalable organizational growth.
• Practice Support & Integration: Partners with clinical and operational leaders to provide procurement training, onboarding support for newly acquired practices, budget guidance, and ongoing purchasing expertise across all our practices.
• Comprehensive Practice Experience: Brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective through her experience in clinical care, patient coordination, front office operations, supply management, and procurement, allowing her to understand the operational needs of practices from every angle.
